Service not so good. Waitress was not very friendly or helpful. We are tourists in Branson, first time at this restaurant, so of course had some questions, but waitress acted like she was inconvenienced when asked, acted like we should know what their drinks were. We ordered a $10 souvenir bucket of their Cruzan Runner. Before we ordered, I asked how large the bucket was, we were told it was 32 oz. Brought it out, no where close. Since it was a souvenir bucket it was ours to keep., once back at our room, we used a 16 oz. Coke bottle, filled it with one and a half bottles, so 24 oz. (without ice mind you). Really though, it was just that they acted so unfriendly and unprofessional. I won't be recommending this place to anyone.

Best restaurant ever , lot of variety of food , good prices and amazing view to the lake . You can enjoy your food while you see that beautiful place .Happy hours everyday and half prices in appetizer at 3:00pm . I loved this place .Guy from the bar really nice .

At nights they play live music loud enough to attract the entire waterfront area. Which is great unless they seat you right in front of the speakers. We couldn't converse. In our group, we also had cold sliders and another had chicken that was hard as a rock. I think they make more money on drinks than food items so not everything is up to scratch.

Food was good, service was excellent! Was worried as we are Vegan that there wouldn't be much for us on the menu, but their veggie burger was delicious and their fried mushrooms were excellent!

Horrible service!! Took forever to get our drink's not to mention appetizers. When appetizers finally got to us there was hair fried into the batter, so they got sent back. When the meal got there we had ordered the cranberry chicken salad and grilled fish. The salad was a side salad with no chicken and the fish was battered and deep fried.Took us 2 hours from the time we sat till we left and they weren't even busy, maybe 8 tables and few people in the bar.

This was one of the worst places I’ve eaten in recent memory. The service was extremely slow, food was awful, and none of the people working in the restaurant seemed to know how to do their jobs. Subway across the street would have been a better and cheaper option.

Great place to eat outside with a water view

Great sweet tea with A stronger dark tea leaf flavor & very sweet with A taste of honey. My girlfriend dislikes sweet tea & she really liked this one. The service wasn't great though too much waiting even for the ticket.

Food was all really good! We had two chicken fried chickens, chicken strip platter, and a macaroni and cheese. We had the nachos and cheese sticks for appetizers. Nachos were super good, the chips are thin and easy to eat. I was a bit unsure of the macaroni and cheese at first but I added the cajun seasoning and it was delicious! We will have to stop here aging next time we are at the landing. (This place is a LOT like a Chili’s, they have a two for 20$ as well.)

Food for me was a 10/10. I saw this place on the landing and persuaded my family to come try it. We decided to sit outside and we ended up with an awesome view! If ever in Branson again, I’m definitely coming back! I recommend!

Food was mediocre to bad. Potato skins were over cooked, Cajun pasta did not have good flavor and burgers (ordered medium rare, stressing more pink in the burger) came with zero pink. Even worse the waitress was very unattentative. The only positive thing we’re the onion rings. We will not return, nor will we recommend to anyone.

#1 Our order wasn't correct, but decided to just accept it due to everything that's happening right now. #2 Food was not good at all. Cold, mushy, and full of grease. #3 Service was not great. Did not come back to refill drinks, etc. All in all, very disappointing

Garfield's Restaurant and Pub offers a large, something-for-everyone type of menu. Located at the far end of Branson Landing, there is plenty of parking nearby (though it will probably be tight during the height of the tourist season). Garfield's is a spacious, full-service restaurant that caters to the couple or the family or whatever in between. Our late-lunch, sitting out on their ample back deck, was quickly served and delicious. Overlooking the beautiful White River view was serene and calming. The service was excellent. We will definitely go back.

Bar & grill food is usually reliably tasty. Garfield's was no exception. It was quite tasty and satisfying. But At times it felt like we were mostly ignored until we would get the servers attention. The delicious food was set in front of us and the server instantly split without a word. Not bad, but not good. We needed refills, napkins and condiments. Not a problem & Overall we enjoyed our visit and will be back again. 🇸🇪

Great service! I was having a possible hypoglycemia moment and I let the kind and respectful waitress know and she said my baked potato will help, later I asked how she knew and she said shes also a nurse! Sadly I cant give 10 stars. kissandra this is for you! 👏👌🌹 you may have saved my life!

We went to eat here and there was a wait. During our wait I went in to use the restroom. At this time they are only operating at 50% capacity. The bathroom was disgusting. Thinking about 50% capacity and they still can't keep the restroom clean, we elected not to eat here. The staff was also very unorganized and unprofessional, removing their masks often or not wearing them completely.

The food was good but the service was horrible. Pur waitress didnt take our order for like 45 mins and then she forgot one of our drinks and had to go to the bar and get it and then we asked for lemon to go with our fish and she never brought it and our food got cold waiting on lemons that never came. Horrible waitress but good food.

Visited here on Saturday May 9, 2020. Service wasn't great. There was hair in chicken tenders we ordered. To top it off I ask for more sour cream. When I go it there was a huge chunk of potatoe in i . We wont go back after this. Needs to be closed and cleaned.

This place was wonderful. Food was tasted great and came in a timely manner. Service was kind. If you plan on ordering a drink they are not bad on price as well. Definitely would come back and try something different.

I really like this place! Great food great prices and top notch service. They have a 2 for 22 deal with a large selection. Liquor prices are more than fair. Great location check it out located just behind bass pro shops at the landings best priced spot .

Best place we ate on our trip in Branson November 3, 2018. The food was amazing, prices are reasonable and staff were so friendly. You will want to make room for the desserts. Also the atmosphere was wonderful with a lovely view.

Simple outdoors place, food is amazing but it is nothing special you could get it anywhere else so I didn't give it 5 stars but I do recommend it! Service is some of the best on the landing. This little place keeps us coming back. I'd recommend Garfield's to anybody who wants a good lunch or dinner!

We sat on the patio and our service was not that great. Just did not check on us much and waited on other larger tables quicker and more attention was given to them. Our drinks sat empty and we were never asked if we wanted another beer, we were just brought a ticket. We ordered appetizers to sit and listen to the live music. The appetizer combo was ok but much smaller in size than what we thought it would be. The Southwest Egg rolls were amazing though. Nice patio and great views while eating.

Stopped in for lunch. The boneless wings appetizer was very good and plenty for 2-3 people. The penne pasta from the lunch menu was good and so was the half BLT with fries. I did order my sandwich with no tomato and it was on it but other than that all was good. Our server was a trainee and she did a great job.

The food was underwhelming and mediocre at best, service was horrible (took too long to get our drink orders, food came all late). I highly recommend not eating here if you can

A beautiful day, sitting in the sun on the patio, enjoying good food and fine spirits overlooking the river. One of the unexpected highlights of our trip! A great causal atmosphere. Update: came back later and had the best experience! Angie was best waitress, hands down.

HORRIBLE. The first time my wife and I ate here it was decent for the price. However, we have eaten here 3 more times after that and it was all bad. They do not consistently cook their food good. The last time we finally ate here, they cooked my steak well done (i like them med rare) and the baked potato that came with it they cooked rare (it was still hard inside) the absolutely messed up my wife's food. The sodas were flat and the waitress never came to check on us. We will never eat here again and we will HIGHLY recommend taking your money and going to saltgrass steakhouse just a little bit further down the landing.

This place was terrible. It took about an hour for us to get our food. Ridiculous. Service was absolutely horrible. The chairs outside were so loud and obnoxious.

View, service, and fried chicken salad all good. Would return.
